Catriona’s practice is focused on civil litigation, workplace investigations, and residential real estate transactions. Catriona has litigation experience in various areas of the law, including estate litigation, property law, contract law, and employment law. She has represented clients in the BC Supreme Court, the BC Provincial Court (Small Claims), administrative tribunals, as well as in mediations and arbitrations. Catriona has also been involved in workplace investigations for various clients, including post-secondary institutions, health authorities, and municipalities.

Catriona graduated from UBC’s Peter A. Allard School of Law in 2020 and was called to the BC bar in 2021. After articling for a full-service law firm in downtown Vancouver, Catriona returned home to Victoria to start her career. Prior to law school, Catriona received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and French from UVic and graduated with distinction.

Catriona spends her free time camping, hiking, and scuba diving. She loves dogs, the ocean, and good food.
